Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Switchboard Associate to be the main connection between our guests and the hotel, ensuring that every request is handled with care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values exceptional service, and takes pride in exceeding guest expectations. With an in-depth knowledge of all hotel operations, you will ensure smooth service delivery, contributing to the overall success of the hotel and ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of outstanding. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

·       Be the connection between guests and the hotel, ensuring each request is handled swiftly and with care, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

  • Build meaningful connections with guests, anticipating their needs and offering proactive service to create a memorable and personalised experience.
  • Provide guests with detailed information and thoughtful recommendations on all hotel facilities, Food & Beverage outlets and wellness offerings.
  • Effectively manage guest queries, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
