Job Summary

The Explorers Associate is responsible for creating a fun, safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children attending the Kids Club. The role involves organizing and leading age-appropriate activities, ensuring children’s safety and well-being, and delivering memorable experiences aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities. 
• Organize and lead creative, educational, and recreational activities including arts & crafts, dance, games, storytelling, and themed events. 
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times. 
• Maintain positive communication with parents and guests in a professional and courteous manner. 
• Assist in preparing daily activity schedules and activity setups. 
• Encourage children’s participation while promoting positive behavior and teamwork. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area and materials. 
• Follow all Kids Club policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. 
• Support special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare, Kids Club operations, nursery, education, recreation, or a related field. 
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences. 
• Skills in arts & crafts and dance activities are required. 
• Energetic, creative, motivated, and positive personality. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• English language is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus. 
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment. 
• Strong teamwork and guest service skills. 
• Female candidates preferred. 

Preferred Skills

• Background in hospitality or luxury resort Kids Club operations. 
• First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage. 
• Ability to handle children of different age groups with patience and care.
