We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Development Manager:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
  • Recruitment administration (from advertisement to hiring)
  • HR administration in all other areas
  • Support in planning and implementation of training courses
  • Collaboration on various projects
  • Close cooperation with all departments of the hotel
  • Host mentality
Required Skills:
  • A completed vocational training
  • First experience in HR especially in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Very goodGerman and English language skills
  • Positive charisma and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
