Role Overview
The Associate Housing Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and continuous improvement of all associate accommodation facilities. This role ensures that housing operations provide a safe, comfortable, compliant, and engaging living environment that supports associate wellbeing and reflects the service standards of Rosewood Red Sea.
The Associate Housing Manager will oversee accommodation allocations, facilities management coordination, transportation interfaces, associate welfare initiatives, accommodation policies, and stakeholder relationships with accommodation service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all associate housing facilities.
- Ensure accommodation assignments are maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee room allocations, room changes, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate accommodation records and occupancy reports.
- Monitor housing capacity and forecast future accommodation requirements.
- Promote a positive living environment that enhances associate wellbeing.
- Address associate accommodation concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular accommodation forums and feedback sessions.
- Partner with Talent & Culture to drive associate engagement initiatives within the housing community.
- Support welfare, recreation, and community-building activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities.
- Coordinate with Facilities Management and external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and common area upkeep.
- Ensure accommodation assets are maintained to agreed standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accommodation, housing, facilities, hospitality operations, or associate services.
- Previous experience managing large-scale staff accommodation facilities is preferred.
- Experience within luxury hospitality, resorts, or remote destination operations is advantageous.
