Job Description

We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team with immediate effect in the following position: Reservations Agent

Your responsibilities: 
  • You are responsible for answering all internal and external phone calls
  • You are in charge of independently handling all reservation requests
  • You act as an interface between all departments of the hotel in order to fulfill all guest requests
  • You have first-class product knowledge regarding hotel rooms, prices, promotions, amenities, etc.
Your Profile: 
  • You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
  • You have very good language skills in German and English and enjoy using them
  • You can use MS Office programs and ideally also have experience with the Opera Property Management System

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,263,--.
