Job Description

The Reservation Associate manages guest reservations accurately and professionally, ensuring that all requests, changes, and cancellations are handled per LQA standards. This role requires identifying guest needs, recommending suitable room types and rates, and clearly explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies. Reservation Agents also answer questions about hotel facilities, apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, and maintain accurate records in the reservation system. They must follow hotel safety and security regulations, stay informed about industry trends, and actively participate in training and departmental activities.
