Assistant Manager – Sagano

Responsibilities

•  Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience
• Supervise and train team members to maintain high service standards
• Support inventory control, cost monitoring, and staff scheduling

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in Japanese or fine dining restaurants
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; Japanese language ability is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of restaurant systems and basic computer skills (POS, reservations, scheduling, Microsoft Office, email communication)
• Holder of a valid Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification
