The Butler is responsible in providing top-of-the-line food and beverage service to VIPs, high-paying guests, and Residence Club members in accordance with established standards, focusing on creating memorable moments and delivering an exceptional guest experience. He/she will assist Residence Club Officers with guest errands and specific needs, ensuring seamless and personalized service. He/she must possess sufficient product knowledge in food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrate active listening, and maintain a genuine, customer-oriented approach. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to diverse environments and tasks. Strong knowledge of food service, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages is essential, along with prior experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role.
