We are seeking a talented and flexible Florist to join our team on a zero-hour contract. This role is ideal for an experienced florist who thrives in a high-end environment and enjoys creating sophisticated floral designs for discerning clientele.

Hours will vary depending on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and peak event periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain fresh floral arrangements throughout the hotel (lobby, restaurants, suites, spa, and event spaces)

• Create bespoke arrangements for weddings, corporate functions, and VIP guests

• Ensure floral displays reflect the hotel’s luxury brand standards

• Manage flower care, conditioning, and rotation to maintain quality and longevity

• Support seasonal décor installations and special projects

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral workspace

About You

• Proven experience as a professional florist (luxury hospitality experience preferred)

• Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and seasonal availability

• Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy periods

• Flexible availability and reliable on short notice

• High attention to detail and strong presentation standards

• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
