Primary Responsibilities:

The Pool Attendants will be responsible for ensuring optimum members and guest satisfaction at the pool facilities.  Other related responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

•           Provide a professional and friendly greeting to members and guests.

•           Assist with always maintaining an immaculate presentation of the Pool including opening set-up and closing breakdown.

•           Assist members and guests as required.

•           Assist with the supply and presentation of clean towels for use by members and guests. 

•           Providing pool side amenities to guests per the amenity schedule e.g. chilled fruit, sunglass butler. 

•           Ensuring the ongoing safety of the pool areas.

•           Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be on his/her feet 90% of the time; use hand and finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.  The employee is required to stand and walk.  Employees must occasionally lift and/or move from 10 – 60 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

 Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
