THE TEAM

You’ll be joining our passionate Marketing & Communications Team, the creative force behind Rosewood São Paulo’s brand presence and storytelling.

This team blends strategic vision and artistic sensibility to connect our guests, associates, and community to the essence of the Rosewood brand — through innovative campaigns, authentic partnerships, and powerful narratives that reflect the beauty and cultural richness of Brazil.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead the strategic marketing and communications efforts for Rosewood São Paulo, positioning the hotel as a leader in the ultra-luxury segment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan encompassing brand, digital, public relations, social media, and partnerships.
  • Manage marketing, PR, and social media agencies, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision and measurable impact on key business goals.
  • Oversee the hotel’s digital presence, website performance, SEO, and CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between storytelling and conversion.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to build holistic strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across all segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify the Rosewood brand voice.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation across all communications and brand touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in visual identity, copy, and tone across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Plan and execute high-impact photo and video productions, events, and activations that capture the spirit of Rosewood São Paulo.
  • Act as a Brand Champion, ensuring the property’s messaging aligns with corporate direction while celebrating its local identity.
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Talent & Culture team, promoting engagement and pride among associates.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI and alignment with annual KPIs and business priorities.












COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have at least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
  • You are a visionary storyteller, skilled at crafting compelling narratives that connect brands to people and culture.
  • You combine strategic thinking with creative flair, driving campaigns that deliver measurable impact and emotional resonance.
  • You have experience managing agencies, large-scale campaigns, and high-profile events.
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • You are data-driven, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • You possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and building meaningful relationships with internal and external partners.
