Job Description

As a Director of Sales – China Market, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and strengthening our relationships with key partners in the Chinese market. If you have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the China market, and a passion for luxury hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the China market.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
✅ Work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to achieve revenue goals.
✅ Represent New World Saigon Hotel at industry events and trade shows.
✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on the China market.
✔ Strong network and connections within the Chinese travel and hospitality industry.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
✔ A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue and exceed targets.
