Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to begin your journey in the world of ultra-luxury lifestyle? We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Front of House Trainee to join our team.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, hotel features, and other knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
  • Process all guest check-ins, confirm the reservation in the system and review all noted information
  • Provide general information about the room, hotel facilities, and provide assistance for restaurant reservations
