About the role:

The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences. 

Key duties include; desserts/petit fours/ice creams/sorbets/cookies/muffins/breads and other bakery products to operate changing menu.

About you:

You embrace our local produce, bringing your creativity and experience to create memorable and inspiring dishes that surprise and delight! in addition you will be;

• an experienced Pastry Chef with a background in fine dining / luxury properties. 
• self-motivated & passionate 
• able to work unsupervised
• organised and have good time management skills
• able to adapt to the kitchen’s needs and changing menusf
• lexible for dietary requirements and specialty items requested by our guests
