Description

We are looking for a Director of Sales, who will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, leading and mentoring the sales department and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Leading, managing and inspiring the sales team to exceed sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, which expanding the customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitors activities and customer needs.
  • Close collaboration with the marketing department as well as the Director of Sales
  • Monitoring and reporting sales perfomance as well as providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing the sales budget.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business related studies.
  • Several years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends which support making decisions.
