Description

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will be a crucialmember of the culinary team, responsible for running a designated kitchen section.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage your assigned kitchen section to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare dishes consistently and in line with established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Monitor food and operating costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are met, adhering to HACCP regulations.
  • Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
