Description

We are seeking a passionate Director of Spa to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You’ will lead the overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations of the Spa & Wellness department. You will be responsible for delivering a transformative guest experience rooted in exceptional service, wellness innovation, and personalized attention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the spa including treatments, retail, wellness programs, fitness center, and guest experience.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
  • Curate and continuously enhance a holistic wellness journey for guests, blending global trends with locally inspired offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, and build brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to create compelling spa packages and seasonal campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement cost control measures while maintaining excellence.
  • Analyze reports and KPIs to optimize staffing, retail sales, service mix, and profitability.
  • Ensure all spa services and rituals are delivered in alignment with the resort’s positioning and wellness vision.
