About the role:
We’re looking for a polished, detail-driven and people-forward Membership & Member Events Executive to support the heart of our club community - membership team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Membership team, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support across member enquiries, database management, reporting, and the planning and execution of member events and experiences.
What you will do:
- Respond to membership enquiries promptly via email, written communications, and telephone, ensuring a professional and warm member experience.
- Maintain and update the membership database for current members and prospective/waitlisted applicants, keeping records accurate and current.
- Support membership recruitment and onboarding, including shortlisting website applications, assisting with club tours as needed, and preparing membership kits.
- Coordinate membership operations and governance, including logistics for quarterly Membership Committee application reviews and managing attendance lists for membership activities.
- Deliver member events administration and coordination, including check-in lists, reminders, payment follow up, and timely preparation of marketing and event materials.
- Prepare reports and support commercial follow-through, including recruitment/retention reporting and liaising with Finance on membership fees, billing, and invoicing.
What you need to have:
- A self-motivated, hardworking approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organisation skills: able to prioritise, manage deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Confident, personable, and approachable, comfortable interacting with members and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent multitasking ability and high attention to detail, you spot what others miss.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) with fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- High level of computer competence, including Excel, database systems and online payment processing.
