The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As Laundry Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel's laundry facilities and wardrobe services. Supporting the Laundry Manager, you will oversee the daily processing of linens, uniforms, and guest garments, ensuring every item is cared for to the highest standards. Combining strong organisational skills with a hands-on leadership approach, you will guide the laundry team, maintain exceptional quality standards, and contribute to the Rosewood philosophy of Relationship Hospitality through the care and attention that takes place behind the scenes.

• Ensure Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood Brand Standards are consistently upheld throughout all laundry and wardrobe operations.
• Supervise, motivate, and support Laundry Associates, Laundry Runners, and Wardrobe Attendants, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and presented impeccably before delivery across guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, Food & Beverage outlets, and back-of-house areas.
• Oversee guest laundry, pressing, shoe shine, and valet services, ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and returned within agreed timeframes.
• Take ownership of guest feedback and service recovery relating to laundry services, resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support the management of the uniform store, ensuring associates are consistently presented in accordance with Rosewood Brand Standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering laundry supplies, ensuring the department has the resources required to operate effectively.
• Assist with training and development initiatives, helping team members build knowledge, confidence, and operational excellence.
• Monitor laundry equipment performance, reporting any faults and liaising with Engineering to minimise operational disruption.
• Ensure all health and safety, COSHH, fire safety, and departmental procedures are followed at all times.
