  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control and revenue optimization, while maintaining brand integrity and uncompromising quality standards.
  • Market Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Riviera Maya dining and luxury hospitality market to sustain and enhance the restaurant’s competitive advantage through proactive strategic and operational planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Culinary, F&B leadership, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for service delivery.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement initiatives to maximize profitability without impacting guest experience.
  • Culture & Standards: Uphold Rosewood’s “Relationship Hospitality” philosophy by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring all service rituals and standards are consistently met.
