Description

We are seeking a result-oriented Security Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You’ will lead the day-to-day operations including but not limited to investigations, review of safety and security reports, scheduling & overseeing all aspects of the Security Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Security staff to report to, take charge of, and resolve guest or associate incidents
  • To assess and report potential safety hazards in order that remedial action can be taken.
  • Coordinate and monitor efficiency safety and security related programs for overall hotel, including the lost and found program
  • Compile and distribute departmental reports and complete administrative duties
  • Organize and conduct pre-shift briefings & monthly departmental meetings with security team. 
  • Ensure that all follow up investigations and interviews are completed in a timely manner and all relevant parties are communicated via the relevant channels.
  • To respond immediately to all fire alarms and act in accordance with policy and procedures with regard to fire, also to respond to all exit and security alarms, making a full investigation and reporting accordingly.
