THE TEAM

The Global Sales Organization (GSO) focuses on driving strategic revenue growth across Rosewood Hotel Group’s most significant customer accounts. The team strengthens brand positioning through high‑impact sales initiatives, distribution partnerships, customer engagement, and industry‑leading events.

You will be part of the EMEA Regional Team and report directly to the Vice President, Global Sales, working closely with global and regional sales leaders, hotel Sales & Marketing teams, and key cross‑functional partners across Commercial, Operations, Brand, Finance, and Legal.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Director, Global Sales, EMEA, you will shape the strategic commercial direction for one of Rosewood’s most influential global regions. You will lead and inspire the EMEA GSO team, elevate customer engagement, and unlock revenue opportunities that position Rosewood Hotel Group as the premier luxury hotel brand for EMEA‑based clients.

Your role is central to driving growth: cultivating high‑value customer relationships, supporting new hotel openings, strengthening distribution partnerships, and managing a strategic account portfolio. You will also collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to advance commercial priorities and ensure the success of our rapidly expanding EMEA footprint.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead the EMEA Regional Global Sales Team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, driving focused sales activity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Support new hotel openings across the region by establishing strong commercial foundations and strategic distribution partnerships.
  • Champion a culture of cross‑selling, new business development, continuous learning, and global knowledge sharing across GSO.
  • Develop and execute industry‑leading sales events and initiatives tailored to the needs and opportunities of EMEA markets.
  • Actively manage and grow a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, driving revenue and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Global Sales, regional teams, and cross‑functional partners to align strategies and initiatives with evolving commercial and hotel needs.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in Global Sales and/or luxury hotels, with proven success across Europe, Middle East/India, and Russia/CIS markets.
  • You have more than 10 years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring high‑performing sales teams.
  • You have at least 8 years’ experience presenting results to senior leadership and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience selling multiple properties or brands across international luxury hotel portfolios.
  • You excel at building strong client relationships and driving strategic account growth.
  • You are an influential communicator who adapts to diverse audiences and secures buy‑in through credibility, negotiation, and clarity.
  • You are strategic, commercially minded, and energized by discovering new business opportunities and driving tangible results.
