Description

As Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations, playing a pivotal role in supporting the associate journey - from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to both associates and leadership, ensuring that all Talent & Culture functions are executed with discretion and a genuine commitment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment processes.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and support the onboarding of new associates, including .
  • Prepare welcome materials, contracts, and administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in line with data protection laws.
  • Assist in planning and executing associate events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing accommodations for new colleagues, ensuring rooms are clean, equipped, and welcoming.
