Job Summary
The Content Creator & Graphic Designer - Rosewood Red Sea is a core member of the Communications and Marketing team, serving as a visual storyteller, brand ambassador, and guardian of Rosewood brand standards. The role works in close collaboration with the Cluster Director of Communications, Cluster Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, and destination partners to support content strategy, digital storytelling, brand visibility, and commercial objectives.
This position blends content creation and graphic design capabilities, producing high-quality photography, videography, reels, social content, and branded collateral for all business units, including Rooms and Suites, Asaya Wellness, Culinary Collection, Retail, and Lifestyle Experiences.
The Content Creator & Graphic Designer demonstrates an elevated creative eye, strong commitment to accuracy, and the agility to produce visual content that strengthens brand awareness, enhances digital presence, and contributes to revenue-generating initiatives across the cluster.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CONTENT CREATION AND VISUAL STORYTELLING
- Capture high-quality photo and video content across all areas of Rosewood Red Sea, including rooms, suites, villas, F&B venues, wellness facilities, resort activities, beaches, marine life, and destination experiences.
- Produce content that aligns with Rosewood brand standards, destination messaging, and luxury positioning.
- Develop storytelling concepts to support social media, campaigns, public relations initiatives, and marketing programs.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and campaign-based content calendars in collaboration with the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Edit photos and videos for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce content in varying outdoor conditions, including extended walking across large resort environments and hot climates.
- Ensure all filming activities comply with Red Sea destination policies, Red Sea Global regulations, and internal approvals.
GRAPHIC DESIGN AND BRAND APPLICATION
- Design digital and print assets, including social templates, brochures, menus, event materials, signage, collateral, brand templates, and promotional pieces.
- Uphold Rosewood brand standards across all visual materials, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, and message delivery.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Events, and Sales teams to design assets that support campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
- Maintain an organized digital library of edited content, raw footage, and project files for recurring use.
- Demonstrate full ownership of Rosewood brand guidelines, ensuring strict discipline in all visual and digital output and guiding internal partners on accurate application of the brand.
DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
- Support the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager by producing tailored content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Develop video storyboards, creative concepts, and motion-based content.
- Provide on-property coverage for hosted visits, experiences, and live events.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and best practices within the luxury sector to recommend creative refinements.
- Maintain natural curiosity about emerging social media trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviors to ensure Rosewood Red Sea remains competitive and creatively relevant.
- Monitor shifts in digital culture and luxury visual standards, proactively recommending enhancements that elevate storytelling and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels to identify visual opportunities, trends, and potential issues, flagging relevant items to the Cluster Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager for action.
DESTINATION KNOWLEDGE AND ON-PROPERTY COORDINATION
- Maintain complete knowledge of all areas of Rosewood Red Sea, including rooms, suites, villas, wellness spaces, culinary venues, experiences, landscapes, Shura Island destination and upcoming development phases.
- Coordinate with operational teams to prepare locations for photo and video shoots.
- Ensure all areas are presented in accordance with luxury standards.
- Assist with content needs for media visits, influencers, VIP guests, and destination partners.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the property at all times, ensuring every detail communicated, captured, or represented externally is accurate, current, and aligned with operational realities.
ADMINISTRATION, ORGANIZATION AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
- Maintain filing and archiving systems to ensure easy access to creative assets.
- Track content requirements, approvals, usage rights, and production schedules in alignment with Communications protocols.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, marketing decks, and branded materials.
- Support various departments with content needs, ensuring all requests meet brand and communications standards.
Standard Responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies of Rosewood.
- Always serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clarity, consistency, and integrity in creative output.
- Maintain strong communication with the Communications team and provide timely updates to the Cluster Director of Communications.
- Adhere strictly to digital conduct guidelines and ensure no property-related content, imagery, or behind-the-scenes material is posted on personal social media accounts under any circumstances.
- Serve as a guardian of the digital integrity of Rosewood by reinforcing appropriate content-sharing behavior among associates and escalating concerns related to unauthorized posting or filming.
- Promote the amenities, experiences, and unique attributes of the property through elevated storytelling.
- Take a proactive approach to managing workload and identifying creative opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with internal departments and support operational alignment.
- Maintain high standards of performance, accuracy, and presentation.

Such information must remain strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any external party unless formally authorized.
Uphold destination confidentiality by ensuring no restricted, sensitive, or non-public development information is captured or implied in visual content.
Health & Safety
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations applicable to the workplace.
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately to the appropriate manager.
- Attend all required Fire, Health and Safety training sessions.
- Maintain awareness of departmental risk assessments, emergency procedures, and safe working practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols when filming outdoors, working with equipment, or traveling for content creation.
- Ensure safety compliance during off-property assignments, events, and shoots.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Photography/Film, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated aesthetic, creative versatility, and technical proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
- Ability to conduct extended outdoor shoots and navigate large-scale resort environments.
- Professionalism, cultural intelligence, and discretion are essential.
