We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Associate to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will greet guests upon arrival, provide a seamless check-in experience, and offer a personalized farewell upon departure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guest preferences and needs, ensuring a customized and memorable stay.
  • Arrange personalized experiences such as private dining, romantic setups, or special celebrations.
  • Ensure guest rooms are set up according to preferences and all requests are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Offer a high level of service and discreet assistance to VIPs, celebrities, and long-stay guests.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service that aligns with our brand promise.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl has opened in July 2024 and is idyllically situated on the banks of Lake Fuschl, the graceful, historic property is reminiscent of a fairytale castle and has been welcoming illustrious guests for centuries.
