The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Here we are seeking a Laundry Manager to lead a team that ensures every linen, garment, and textile meets the highest standards of care and presentation. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of the finer details, thrives on organisation, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you’ll be responsible for maintaining efficiency, training your team, and ensuring that both guest and staff garments are handled with precision and care.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure linens, uniforms, and guest garments are processed to the highest standard.
• Train, support, and manage a high-performing laundry department.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure items meet brand standards before being distributed.
• Keep inventory levels in check and ensure laundry equipment is well-maintained.
• Manage guest laundry and valet services efficiently, resolving any concerns promptly.
