THE TEAM

You will be part of the Global Infrastructure and Network Operations team, working closely with the Director of Infrastructure and Network Operations. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backbone of Rosewood Hotel Group’s IT systems across all properties and corporate offices. Together, the team ensures our technology environment is secure, scalable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

YOUR ROLE

As Manager of Infrastructure and Network Operations, Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the stability of our network systems and cloud platforms, enabling seamless operations across the organization. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, hotel IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and enhance security and efficiency across our global footprint.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Manage day-to-day operations of on-premise and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Oversee and maintain Global Active Directory (GAD) and Azure ADDS, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.
• Enforce group policies using GPO and Intune to maintain compliance and standardization.
• Lead server and workstation hardening initiatives in alignment with corporate security standards.
• Administer SSO/OAuth 2.0/SAML integrations to support seamless user access across platforms.
• Collaborate with hotel pre-opening task forces to ensure infrastructure standards are met for each new property.
• Maintain configuration guides for corporate and hotel networking and server farms.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and support.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing cloud and on-prem infrastructure in a global, multi-national environment.
• You have deep expertise in networking protocols and architecture, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and SD-WAN, and you apply this knowledge with precision and attention to detail.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft technologies like Active Directory, M365, Intune, and Defender ATP, and you use these tools to drive secure and efficient operations.
• You’ve worked with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix, and you approach infrastructure challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• You understand the importance of security and compliance, and you’ve implemented firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Zero-Trust frameworks with maturity and responsiveness.
• You’re a team player with strong communication skills, capable of working across diverse global teams with cultural sensitivity and an international mindset.
• You’re comfortable scripting in PowerShell or Python to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• You thrive under pressure, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver results.
