We are seeking an energetic and service-driven Bartender to join our The Court team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in classic and contemporary beverages, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable guest experiences from morning through evening service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests at the bar and dining areas

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment, glassware, and workstations

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all local liquor laws and regulations

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment

• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel or all day dining experience is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic mixology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (or willingness to obtain)
