We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our The Court team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards

• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times

• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently

• Process bills and payments accurately

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous service experience preferred (all day dining or hotel experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic food safety knowledge and service training (or willingness to learn)
