At Rosewood Amsterdam, we are seeking a poised, strategic, and performance-driven Sales Manager to join our proactive Sales & Marketing team. This role is integral in driving sales through targeted initiatives and positioning Rosewood Amsterdam as one of the city’s market leaders within the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate, leisure, and special-event clients, ensuring alignment with the hotel's luxury positioning.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue across assigned market segments.

• Represent the hotel with professionalism and elegance at prestigious industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.

• Conduct site inspections, presentations, and client interactions that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

• Partner closely with Marketing, Catering, Revenue, and Operations to execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility and demand generation.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and productivity analyses for senior leadership.

• Maintain meticulous account management, utilizing CRM tools to track activities, pipeline stages, and client communication.

• Uphold the hotel’s commitment to service excellence in every guest and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• 3–5+ years of luxury hotel sales experience or equivalent high-touch relationship management role.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.

• Strong understanding of luxury travel, high-end clientele expectations, and global market trends.

• Proficiency in CRM Systems 

• A refined sense of service, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.
