As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a key administrative and operational support role within the Housekeeping department. You will ensure the smooth daily functioning of the team by managing communication, coordinating task assignments, supporting guest requests, and upholding the highest service and brand standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations, including task assignments, room status updates, and communication with other departments.

• Support inspections of rooms, suites, villas, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, providing personalized support when needed.

• Manage administrative tasks such as departmental emails, reports, inventories, systems updates, and Lost & Found logs.

• Assist Housekeeping leadership with scheduling, briefings, and follow-up on daily action points.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure guest privacy and confidentiality.

• Foster smooth collaboration between Housekeeping and other hotel departments.

• Uphold a positive, respectful, and service-oriented environment for guests and colleagues.

   

  Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and professional presence, with fluency in English (spoken and written).

• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and service-oriented attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Opera is an advantage.

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.
