We are looking for a passionate Room Attendant to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will ensure that all guest rooms and related areas are immaculately clean, well-maintained. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to health and safety protocols, and a commitment to providing discreet, personalized service.


Key expectations:

  • Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing the station and ensuring readiness for service
  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and corridors to ultra-luxury standards
  • Make beds with precision, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
  • Ensure bathrooms are thoroughly sanitised and stocked with premium toiletries
  • Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
  • Maintain housekeeping trolley and equipment in pristine condition


Profile:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or housekeeping preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
