Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our proactive Sales team at Rosewood London. Our Sales Executive is appointed drive sales through proactive sales activities. This role plays an integral part in positioning Rosewood London as one of the city’s market leaders within the luxury segment. 

Key expectations of this role are

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, online RFP channels and walk-ins to the hotel in accordance with the relating SOP’s.
• Penetrate the allocated market segments through sales activities aligned with the overall sales strategy.  
• Maintaining the relevant aspects of our client database and building strong relationships with stakeholders in line with Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality. 
• Assisting Sales Managers with their sales activities when required.
• Taking a proactive role in maximising revenues for the hotel where appropriate. 

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
• Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
• The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
