Your Tasks:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our "The1835" bar
  • Provide friendly and efficient service
  • Take drink orders and make recommendations to guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed professional training with experience in similar positions. 
  • Passion for the profession, reflected in high-quality work and a professional approach. 
  • Strong hospitality and communication skills. 
  • Excellent German and English language skills with confidence in daily use. 
  • Enjoyment in interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences. 
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and service orientation.

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, market-rate salary is paid for this position, based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. The hotel offers 103 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
