Position Overview

As a Spa Concierge, you will be the welcoming face and guiding voice of our Spa. You will ensure every guest’s journey — from booking to departure — is seamless, personalized, and memorable. This role combines guest service excellence, administrative precision, and a deep understanding of wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Manage spa reservations, including scheduling treatments, confirming appointments, and maintaining an organized booking system.

• Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and wellness products to assist guests in selecting suitable services.

• Coordinate with therapists, estheticians, and fitness staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery.

• Handle payments, gift certificates, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.

• Maintain a serene, clean, and inviting spa reception and relaxation area.

• Anticipate guest needs and follow up on any special requests or preferences.

• Support retail sales by recommending spa products and wellness packages.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, hygiene, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., Booker, MindBody, or similar) is an asset.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Passion for wellness, self-care, and guest experience excellence.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
