What You Will Do

The kitchen is where the magic happens at our luxury property, and you can be part of it. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties include:

• Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
• Training, developing, and supporting junior chefs
• Preparing ingredients that should be readily available (vegetables, spices, etc.)
• Following the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chefs while contributing ideas for new dishes and presentations
• Optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
• Maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene standards

What You Will Bring

For this position, you must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar standard establishment
• Relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications
• Strong knowledge of a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
• The ability to think on your feet, as guest requests and menu changes occur regularly
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• A thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly wage of $30–$33 per hour (depending on experience)
• Full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week and up to 55 hours during peak seasons

• Where operationally possible, we endeavour to provide two consecutive days off each week
