We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our service team with immediate effect in the following position: Income Auditor!

We entrust you with:

• Daily review and control of sales based on the Rosewood SOPs 
• Review cancellations, paid outs, no shows, credit limits and miscellaneous bookings
• Compilation of the daily package for the management
• Control of house receipts
• Checking the cashiers' over/shorts
• Control of credit notes and F&B in general
• Daily processing of the accounting folder
• Quarterly control of all cash registers in cooperation with the Finance Manager
• Guest correspondence
• Assisting all departments to resolve control issues
• Support for various projects of the Director of Finance Business Partner
• Organization of accounting filing and archives
• Assistance with credit card reconciliations
• Outgoing invoices and accounts receivable management 
• Daily sales control and reconciliation of the City Ledger
• Control of credit card statements and daily bank receipts

What we are looking for:

• You are an ambitious and highly motivated person who enjoys working in a modern new accounting department
• You identify with our ambition to build a 21st century accounting department that relies on technology, fully integrated systems and digital workflows
• You think outside the box and always have the big picture in mind, consisting of accounting, finance and operations
• You understand how all these areas are connected and have a quick grasp of how things are connected
• We are happy to see proof of training, certificates or similar, but we value your knowledge, interest and professional experience (1-2 years) much more
• We want to try to work as little as possible with Excel; however, this cannot be completely avoided, you should be proficient in PIVOT, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP and other functions at a similar level

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe.
