The Bell/Doorperson is the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for providing outstanding hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, opening doors, arranging transportation, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position will be for a minimum of 18 hours, and a maximum of 36 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms.
Open doors and maintain a welcoming presence at the main entrance.
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
Coordinate transportation services, including taxis, rideshares, and valet requests.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas.
Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, and Concierge teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry luggage.
Strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
