FUNCIONES BÁSICAS
Se encarga de dar seguimiento a todas las solicitudes de un huésped durante su estancia, creación de experiencias y seguimiento puntual desde el check in hasta su salida.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES OPERACIONALES
1. Ser capaz de anticiparse a cualquier solicitud de un huésped, exceder sus expectativas y compartir la información relevante con la mayor cantidad de asociados y jefes departamentales.
2. Conocer información correcta y actualizada sobre todos los servicios de la propiedad, horarios y especificaciones, así como ocupación diaria, llegadas y salidas programadas.
3. Los diferentes tipos de habitación, características, precio, ubicación, amenidades, paquetes especiales y promociones.
4. Llegadas y salidas de huéspedes, especialmente de VIP´S.
5. Conocer y estar al tanto de actividades para grupos en casa, eventos en los salones, atracciones o fiestas locales de la temporada.
6. Dar seguimiento de manera eficaz y cortés a todas las solicitudes del huésped, asegurándonos de que sean cumplidas excediendo sus expectativas. Asignar la tarea a un miembro de otro departamento cuando sea necesario y asegurarnos de la completa satisfacción del huésped.
7. Mantener un contacto positivo en todo momento, ya sea físico y/ó por teléfono.
8. Comunicar toda queja de huésped a supervisor o gerente en turno, documentarla en opera, y dar seguimiento a completa satisfacción del huésped.
9. Recibir y dar la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes; tener la habilidad para mantener una conversación con el huésped de manera natural y espontanea.
10. Tener limpia y bien organizada su área de trabajo (Lobby).
11. Mantener una visión crítica respecto a las habitaciones, tener conocimiento a fondo del funcionamiento de las instalaciones de la habitación del hotel y del equipo.
12. Estar al pendiente del status de las llegadas y salidas para agilizar la operación.
