Your Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly at our Neue Hoheit restaurant and for playing an active role within the whole team
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant service
  • You will be responsible for training new colleagues and apprentices, as well as for their development, guidance and motivation
  • Together with your team, you will ensure that our guests enjoy unforgettable experiences whilst maintaining consistently high standards

 

Your Profile: 

  • You have completed vocational training and have several years of relevant work experience
  • You are an open-minded person, and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is extremely important to you
  • Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your approach
  • You have excellent communication and hospitality skills in German and English and enjoy putting them into practice

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, market-rate salary is paid for this position, based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
