We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Front Office Manager:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
  • Assisting ourFront Office Managers in the operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth processes in the front office and guest service departments
  • Welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating room allocation and availability as well as close collaboration with the housekeeping department
  • Training, motivating, and supervising the front office team
  • Supporting with the staff planning
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Proceeding check-ins/check-outs and managing guest communication via various channels (phone, email)
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees and participating in projects to enhance guest satisfaction
Required Skills:
  • Completed training in hospitality or a related field, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the front office department, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of service
  • Leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in common hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for teamwork
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
