- Efficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.
- Providing the highest standard of customer service, striving to go extra mile by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging.
- Ensuring clear, complete and legible information is taken from our guests and is forwarded to the appropriate department to satisfy their requests.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being self-motivated.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
