We are looking for a passionate Commis de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined, ultra-luxury environment. This position supports the Chef de Rang and the service team in ensuring flawless table service, attention to detail, and personalised guest care.

Key expectations:

Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing the station and ensuring readiness for service.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of mise en place and service areas.
Support in presenting menus, serving dishes, and clearing tables with precision and discretion.
Anticipate guest needs and provide courteous, professional assistance at all times.
Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow

Profile:

Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
