Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Commis de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined, ultra-luxury environment. This position supports the Chef de Rang and the service team in ensuring flawless table service, attention to detail, and personalised guest care.


Key expectations:

  • Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing the station and ensuring readiness for service.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of mise en place and service areas.
  • Support in presenting menus, serving dishes, and clearing tables with precision and discretion.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide courteous, professional assistance at all times.
  • Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow


Profile:

  • Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
