We are looking for a motivated and energetic Front Office Associate to join Rosewood Vienna in part-time for 32 hours / week.

Job Summary:

creating unique guest experiences
ensuring a highly professional and personalized guest experience
ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our discerning international guests
complaint management and guest relations
carrying out all administrative tasks in the front office area

Required skills:

successfully completed education in the hotel industry
work experience in the luxury hotel industry
passionate host with a high sense of quality and responsibility
very good knowledge of MS Office programs, Opera knowledge an advantage
very good knowledge of German and English
self-confident and winning personality
excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,263.00 (full-time) according to the collective agreement.

The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
