SCOPE
Based on property this position supports the marketing team with the administration of social media channels, content marketing strategy and in-house promotions. This position will be responsible for creating original text, video and photo content, managing posts, engaging, and responding to our followers; ensure that all communication platforms adhere to Rosewood’s Brand Book guidelines and support the resorts marketing and communication goals. Excellent communication skills are key and being able to express our brand’s views creatively. Assists the Director of Communications to ensure all jobs of the Communications Department are completed according to standards and in a timely manner. Daily communication with the marketing team and relevant departments throughout the resort to assist with on-site content efforts including photo/video shoots and creation of marketing collateral as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Provides support to the Director of Communications.
o Oversee the social media accounts and community management for RWLVP and its outlets including content calendar development, copy approval, imagery curation and monthly reporting agement with our audience, consistently delivering on-brand voice posts across all social platforms working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
o Maintains hotel media kit and photo library including master shots and the hotel slide library.
o Assist in local marketing projects and ignite operations buy-in to maximize ROI for revenue all outlets.
o Achieves required tasks assigned by DOC to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’s objectives and Sales & Marketing directives.
o Develop a reporting process that includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for social media campaigns to implement optimizations for performance
o Create and manage paid social media campaigns including ROI reporting
o Assist with the planning and execution of property photoshoots including briefing and overseeing photographers, videographers as needed during on-site projects
o Work closely with Guest Relations team to create memorable experiences and personal touches for high-profile guests to promote social posts and positive press
o Stay up to date on new social media tools and best practices, identifying ways for the resort to be at the forefront of social media trends
o Identify, recommend, and act upon any potential marketing opportunities that create a positive market profile or potential revenue
o Actively participates in the Business Plan preparation with emphasis on driving the revenue objectives for the resort
o Attend staff and management meetings
o Actively participates to the PR Marketing Calendar development.
o Oversees on-property photoshoots
o Hosts media representatives as needed
o Maintain expenses within the budgeted guidelines
o Prepare and submit timely monthly reports, participate in scheduled sales and or marketing meetings
o Work closely to ensure that budget parameters and controls are implemented and that corrective actions are taken if necessary, to help meet budget goals
o Assists in designing local activities and collateral alongside the F&B assistant as assigned
o Plan and execute a series of familiarization tours and activities for media as requested

Qualifications
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social and digital marketing
- 3+ years experience in social media management preferably at an agency
- Creating and maintaining client and vendor relationships
- Self-motivated demonstrating a high level of initiative and proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing appropriately
- Familiar with graphic design platforms
- Knowledge in photography and brand identity guidance
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
