ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Complex Director of Engineering’s schedule and appointments
• Handle all phone calls for Engineering department
• Update Purchase Order log and process Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Type and dispatch general office correspondence
• Liaise with contractors and other departments
• Ensure all correspondence is stamped and mailed
• Assist with managing contracts and be aware of contract renewal dates
• Ensure all departments have up to date information on outstanding jobs/projects
• Assist with the preparation of training and meetings as requested
• Check stationery stock and re-order where necessary
• Ensure general office tidiness

REQUIREMENTS

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering is preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Experience in Windows & basic hardware/software support
• Knowledge in mobile devices is highly preferred
• Well-versed with MS Office application
