A Day in the Life:
As the Chief Concierge, you will lead and oversee the Concierge department, ensuring every guest interaction is marked by excellence and genuine care. You will manage guest requests with precision, provide personalized recommendations, and collaborate closely with the Guest Experience team to create memorable stays. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed expectations, uphold Rosewood’s standards, and leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Concierge department to deliver dynamic services that ensure guest satisfaction.
- Foster a work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, and mutual respect.
- Mentor and train the Concierge staff, ensuring they embody Rosewood’s standards of service.
- Collaborate closely with the Guest Experience team to enhance VIP guest experiences.
- Resolve guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, dining, and entertainment options.
- Assist with Front Desk and Bell-Door tasks as needed.
- Continuously seek new ways to exceed guest expectations.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Ensure the department operates efficiently by controlling costs and optimizing vendor performance.
- Track financial transactions, ensure proper payment handling, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to financial responsibilities.
Talent & Culture Responsibilities:
- Drive Rosewood’s values, culture, and brand throughout the organization.
- Lead by example in maintaining personal grooming and a positive attitude.
- Embrace change and maintain an open, flexible attitude.
Information Security:
- Safeguard guest information and staff personal records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Authorize appropriate access to sensitive information and manage user access as needed.
Brand Integrity:
- Embody and promote the company’s vision, mission, and values at all times.
- Ensure that brand integrity and clarity are consistently maintained throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market, including dining, entertainment, and exclusive venues.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.

For memorable gatherings and events, our hotel will offer a selection of beautifully appointed spaces, including a grand 3,000-square-foot ballroom, all equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology and bathed in natural light.
