THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE 

Working along with the Restaurant Manager in order to achieve and exceed common goals, leading a passionate team and ensuring resources are available for their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting to Restaurant Manager on the daily operation needs 
• Assisting on the administration and well driving of human resources 
• Resolve costumer problems 
• Ensuring and excellent guests experience. 
• Ensuring resources available for the daily operation.
