We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent & Culture Manager to join our Team.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to support employee development
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

Required Skills:
  • A completed vocational training
  • First experience in HR especially in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Positive charisma and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
  • Host qualities - and these characterize you in particular!
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Passionate ability to care
